EOM Chain Of Command
EOM Leadership and Command Structure - is Godly design as it is in heaven so shall it be in EOM on earth. Our current military has identified their leadership and command structure the same way. The difference is our commander and chief is Jesus Christ and we are lead by the Holy Ghost in all matters concerning the body of Christ. EOM leadership and command structure function differently than many other traditional organizations. The Lord has instructed us to follow the bible command and leadership models which include Moses (Exodus 18:1-27), Jesus (read and study the 4 Gospels), and the Apostles (read and study Acts and Paul’s Letters to the various churches).
EOM Chief Apostle – Apostle L.C. Dunbar is our current Chief Apostle and Founder along with his wife Prophetess Debra A. Dunbar. Jesus Christ has charge them to ensure the vision of EOM is in full progress preparing his return. As EOM Chief Apostle, the Lord has instructed Apostle Dunbar to establish and implement the various governments and administrations to maintain divine order in the EOM Church Body. The Lord is directing him to select men and women from various cultures to help him to carry out the EOM vision which is the great commission. EOM’s core values are Soul Winning, Spiritual Warfare, and Unifying the Saints which Jesus taught his Apostles. Chief Apostle Dunbar’s cabinet of leaders includes the 12 Global Apostles; the EOM Presiding Bishop, his Leadership cabinet; the EOM General Board; EOM Ecclesiastical Leadership including the Elders Council; and the Leaders from various EOM Auxiliary Ministries.
EOM Apostles - In our structure the Apostles oversees the entire church body of EOM. Each Apostle is given specific mandates by Jesus Christ in doing the great commission around the world. These mandates include establishing and implementing administrations and governments within Christ body of churches. In reading studying Acts of the Apostles along with Paul’s letters to the churches, you will learn that it was the Apostles that the Lord used to reestablish order in the Kingdom of God on earth. It is our continual endeavor to be lead by the Holy Ghost in teaching the same “all things common principles” that was given to saints.
EOM Presiding Bishop - Simply stating the Presiding Bishop enforces whatsoever the Lord gives to the EOM Chief Apostle along with confirmation from the counsel of Apostles. He is also responsible for training other Bishop, Elders, Deacons/Deaconess, all administrative staff personnel the same instructions which were given him by the Chief Apostle. The Presiding Bishop runs the EOM Church organization ensuring that everything is in decency and order. He has the authority along with confirmation of Chief Apostle’s 1st Administrative Assistant or one of his designated leaders to select his own administrative staff and any other professional staff to assist him in performing his daily duties.
