“Let all things be done decently and in order” is a comprehensive injunction that the Apostle Paul gave to the local Church at Corinth concerning the control of its affairs by the Church. Recognizing the Scriptural fact that “God is not the author of confusion” (1 Corinthians 14:33, 40), this International Body is set in order under the authority of the Bible, and at the request of a company of believers in Christ, of like faith, with the express understanding that it is to be scripturally sovereign and autonomous as to its denominational faith and government (Ephesians 4:11, 12; 1 Corinthians 12:18, 28). We declare and establish that the following amended and restated Bylaws, adopted by the Evangelistic Outreach Ministries International, (EOM International) Board (EOM Board of Directors) at a meeting at 0:00pm MST, on the ___ day of October, 2012, shall preserve and secure the principles of our faith and shall govern this organization except as the same may from time to time be abridged or amended. Therefore, the members of EOM International do hereby embrace and practice the following articles of organization-ministry order and voluntarily submit themselves to be governed by them (Hebrews 13:17). The EOM Board will enforce these bylaws/articles in the spirit of meekness with prayer and consecration acknowledging the Lord Jesus Christ.
Additionally, EOM International does recognized other ministries as associates. The EOM Board of Directors nor its bylaws/articles shall not have the authority to govern these associate ministries. The difference between a EOM Member and Associates will be as follows: EOM Members agree to be governed by the EOM Board and its stated bylaws and articles. An Associate choose not to be govern by the EOM Board and its stated bylaws and articles; therefore, having no legal obligation with EOM International and vise versa EOM International has no legal obligation to any associate ministries.
