Section 1. Place Of Meetings. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Bylaws and Articles, any membership meeting whether regular, annual or special of the Active Members of this Church may be held at any place national or international, which has been designated therefore by the EOM Senior Bishop along with the EOM International board and Regional Leaders.
Section 2. Regular Meetings. Corporate meetings for nationally and International membership shall be held on each Lord’s Day on Sundays (Acts 20:7; Revelations 1:10) and as otherwise scheduled during each week of the year by decision of the Senior Bishop along with the EOM International board and Regional Leaders (e.g. the mid-week service, national conferences, corporate prayer meetings and or various other meetings). These are only guidelines for regular meeting meaning that each ministry can decide on their days of regular services. Communion may be observed by the membership usually every Annual Conventions, Easter, and Thanksgiving.
Section 3. Notice Of Special Meetings.
(a) Special meetings of the Active Members may be called at any time at the discretion and by order of the Presiding Bishop.
(b) The active members of the EOM International shall be notified of the place, the day and the hour of said meeting by means of the recorded telephone notifications, emails, letters, or newsletters before the date of a special membership meetings.
Section 4. Waiver Of Notice. Attendance of an active member at any special meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting.
